Kofola ČeskoSlovensko has acquired from Slovenian firm Pivovarna Laško 75.31% stake in mineral water producer Radenska for EUR 13.59 per share. Kofola has cooperated on the acquisition with Slovenian investment group P&P Group, with which it will control Radenska after the transaction is finalised. Kofola and P&P Group will split the acquired stake at the ratio of 60:40.
