While it is still quite a way in the future, it isn’t too early to get tickets to the 15th Dvořák Prague festival. Some events are likely to sell out. The festival, running from Sept. 7 to 23, will open with Jiří Bělohlávek conducting a black-tie event with the Czech Philharmonic featuring soloist Yo-Yo Ma.
