CzechInvest will be split into two organisations before the end of 2015. The newly formed agency will be responsible for the administration of EU funds reporting to the Ministry of Industry and Trade. Minister of Industry and Trade Jan Mládek (ČSSD) has stated that the new organisation will be called the Business and Innovations Agency, with ca. 130 employees to be transferred from CzechInvest to the new agency. The rest of CzechInvest will focus on its main task – the arrangement of investment projects into CR.
