EVO Payments International will take over all of Raiffeisenbank’s activities related to teh acceptance of payment cards (acquiring) through its newly floated Czech subsidiary, REVO. The transaction is subject to approval by regulatory authorities. The approval is expected in early 2016, Raiffeisenbank has informed.
