ENERGO-PRO owners Jaromír Tesař and Jiří Krušina have divided their assets after nearly 20 years of cooperation. Mr. Tesař became the sole owner of the company at the end of January 2016. He used to own a stake of 75% in the company. He will keep all foreign activities. He will run two hydroelectric power plants in the Czech Republic (Litoměřice, stake of 67%, and Brandýs nad Labem) and develop the company ČKD Blansko Engineering. Mr. Krušina will have 11 hydroelectric power plants in the Czech Republic. The division deal includes also an agreement on the division of profits from the sale of assets in Georgia. The sale has been prepared since the beginning of the year 2015.
