ŠKODA AUTO´s global vehicle deliveries grew 5.2% y/y to record 91,600 in January 2016. Customers responded well to the new generation of ŠKODA´s models. The deliveries of ŠKODA Fabia increased by 25.8% to 14,500. ŠKODA Superb grew 62.3% to 9,900 cars and the demand for ŠKODA Yeti increased by 29.4% to 8,800 units. ŠKODA AUTO´s board of directors member responsible for sales and marketing, Werner Eichhorn, has stated that global vehicle deliveries are high. The brand grew in the entire Europe and China. The situation in Russia and neighbouring countries remains tense.
