CTP plans to invest hundreds of millions of korunas in the development of new administrative projects in the Brno region. They include a project in the centre of Brno where the first tenants could move in at the turn of 2017 and 2018, sales director Jaroslav Kaizr and business developer Jiří Kostečka told ČIANEWS and added that CTP had about 15,000 sq m of office space available in Brno. The company also has available office space in Ostrava and Prague (1,000 sq m each).
