PEGAS NONWOVENS’ board of directors has decided to float a subsidiary in South African Republic and opened talks about the acquisition of a lot for potential production in the country. General director František Řezáč has stated that the floating of the subsidiary marks the beginning of a project that will climax with the building of another production plant outside the Czech Republic. The firm is considering installing a line based on the COMPACT concept in SAR.
