Pianist and composer, Jan Andr, has recently moved from the simple keyboard to the Hammond organ. Inspired by the New York club scene, his six-member band has embarked on a livelier form of jazz, linking tradition to genres such as funk or soul. The band will play at Jazz Dock on Saturday.
