The initial public offering of shares in Kofola ČeskoSlovensko is complete and it is possible to trade the shares on the Prague Stock Exchange beginning December 2. According to information provided by the company, Kofola’s shareholder Enterprise Investors sells 1,225,000 shares. Kofola itself raises its registered capital by another 275,000 shares. The final price per share totals CZK 510.
