Veolia Energie ČR sold 10,919 TJ of heat and 1,909 GWh of electricity in 2014. The company informed the shareholder in the general meeting held on June 26, 2015, that it had entered into 55 new agreements in 2014. Cold air and cooling are becoming an important commodity and its revenues grew by CZK 6m y/y to CZK 39m. The firm’s total turnover reached CZK 7.3bn. The after-tax result reached CZK 2.0bn. Investments totalled CZK 1.5bn; out of this total, more than CZK 1bn was used for building projects for the greening of resources aimed to reduce sulphur and nitrogen emissions. The general meeting approved dividends amounting to CZK 26 per share with the nominal value of CZK 40, before tax.
