Skanska Property Czech Republic has sold the Corso Court office project in Prague 8-Karlín to the fund led by property manager Invesco Real Estate. The developer has informed that the project is fully leased to Skanska and Expedia. Both companies will move to the premises later this year. The seven-storey building offers totally 17,200 m2 of office space.
