Penta Investments refinances the administrative building Florentinum. It has won an investment loan in the amount of EUR 150m with a maturity period of seven years. The refinancing of the original loan from the year 2016 (EUR 110m) was provided by Komerční banka and Česká spořitelna. According to Penta Investment Manager Petr Palička, the Florentinum was occupied from 97%. ČEZ Prodej´s gas client base up 12% Distribution company.
