CPI Property Group has moved its offices to new premises in the Quadrio multifunctional complex in Prague, which the group owns and where it is renting ca. 4,500 m2 of space. Other tenants include e.g. MetLife Europe Limited and MOL. According to CPI, the top two floors sized totally 3,800 m2 remain available. The complex includes also a shopping mall and luxury housing.
