The 35-year-old Czech conductor Jakub Hrusa has been rising fast. For his New York Philharmonic debut on Thursday at David Geffen Hall, he could have chosen to show his stuff with a staple or two. Instead, he led works by Dvorak and Janacek, composers from his homeland.
