The 25th Days of European Film festival will take place April 5–12 in Prague at Lucerna, Světozor and Kino Pilotů, and April 6–8 at Scala cinemain Brno. The festival began before the Czech Republic joined the European Union as a way of introducing the culture of EU countries to the then-coming members.
