‘Letters,’ ‘Kooky’ win at Pilsen

Helmer Václav Kadrnka’s “Eighty Letters” shared the top prize for film with Jan Svěrák’s kid pic “Kooky” at the Pilsen Finale Festival of Czech Film on Saturday.
