The expected average annual amount of investment costs in Czech state-owned forestry company Lesy ČR (LČR) is at least CZK 1.1bn in a period of years 2015-2019. The estimated average annual costs on repairs and maintenance reach at least CZK 800m. LČR predicts business results after taxation ranging from CZK 3.5 to 4.5bn. The total wood extraction reached 7.5 million m3 in 2015. A reduced extraction due to church property restitutions will negatively impact business results of the company in the future. The prediction of the future extraction is about 500,000 m3 down compared with previous years.
