Plzeň-based public transport company Plzeňské městské dopravní podniky (PMDP) plans to invest in purchases of new vehicles and the technology evaluation of its immovable property in 2016. The company will invest CZK 181m in the transport technology, ČIANEWS was told by marketing specialist René Vávro. According to his words, the company transported 102 million people (some 1% up y/y) in 2015. The company does not plan to introduce new lines and changes only schedules of its current ones in 2016.
