Pivovar Zubr’s amount of brewed beer totalled 255,000 hl in 2015, up by about 6% compared to 2014. There was an 8% increase in the volume of keg beer on the local market, and this trend should continue in 2016 as well. For ČIANEWS, this information was provided by director Tomáš Pluháček who added that the bestselling product was the Zubr Grand 11° beer which made up 50% of the brewery’s production.
