Safetica Technologies, which specialises in software protection against sensitive data leaks, has obtained a combined investment totalling USD 1.5m in the new round of financing led by entrepreneur Ondřej Tomek. The new investor is the co-founder and board of directors chairman of Slovak IT firm Soitron, Ondrej Smolár. The investment’s goal is to boost IT security research and development and accelerate the expansion to additional international markets. The information was provided by Safetica Technologies.
