Telecommunications infrastructure company Česká Telekomunikační Infrastruktura (CETIN) predicts that its revenues in 2016 will reach ca. CZK 19bn, similarly to 2015. In terms of international presence, the company newly has its own Point of Presence (PoP) in London, UK, beside neighbouring countries. CETIN’s general director Petr Slováček has stated in an interview for ČIANEWS that 24% of the connections offer speed under 20 Mbit/s as of now, but the ratio will drop under 8% thanks to ongoing investments. Three quarters of all connections will offers speeds over 80 Mbit/s and one sixth over 100 Mbit/s within three years.
