Air Bank refinanced mortgages for 700 clients in the total volume of nearly CZK 800m in the first half of 2016. The bank predicts a growth also in the next period. The bank does not offer new mortgages yet and it launched the refinancing service in 2015, ČIANEWS was told by spokesman Vladimír Komjati. According to his words, the measure introduced by the Czech National Bank in relation with the provision of so-called 100% mortgages will not affect bank, because it refinances mortgages up to 85% of property value from the beginning. The bank will not be affected by the new law related with consumer loans, because its conditions are even better than required by the law.
