Developer ORCO PROPERTY GROUP recorded total revenues in the amount of EUR 19.32m in the Czech Republic in 2014. Revenues from rents in the Czech Republic totalled EUR 5.19m. The group completed the acquisition of four development projects covering 186,000 m2 in the value of EUR 44m in the Czech Republic in the monitored period of time. The group will thus run a mixture of residential, administrative and retail premises in the future.
