Nemovitostní Fond ČS has acquired for its portfolio administrative building Rohan Business Center in Prague’s Karlín. REICO Investiční Společnost České Spořitelny purchased it for CZK 681.4m from Austrian developer Karimpol Group. The property has a leasable area of roughly 9,700 m2. The occupancy rate is almost 100 %. ČS Nemovitostní Fond has thanks to this acquisition expanded its portfolio to include 10 buildings with a market value of roughly CZK 7.02bn.
