CENTRAL GROUP has acquired a building lot in Prague 5-Stodůlky. The company plans to build totally 10 five-storey residential villa houses with 390 units on the lot sized almost 45,500 m2. A cognisable zoning verdict has already been issued for the project. The developer acquired the project from the MOTA-ENGIL group. The transaction’s value has not been disclosed.
