GUMOTEX will invest ca. CZK 75m into the modernisation of production processes in 2016. Specifically, the firm will invest e.g. into a new line, hardware and software upgrade and automation. The reconstruction of GUMOTEX´s facility (road and building repairs, networks) will cost CZK 35m. Internal auditor Vladimír Chmela has told ČIANEWS that the company will launch a new inflatable boat for fishermen and innovated types of inflatable boats and kayaks. GUMOTEX also plans to offer new types of sun screens and products from dampening polyurethane foam and EPP for the automotive sector.
