Czech construction savings institution Českomoravská stavební spořitelna (ČMSS) closed 8,255 loans in the volume of CZK 6.624bn in the first quarter of 2016. This represents a decrease by 18.2% y/y. The number of concluded construction savings contracts increased by 3.7% to 71,666, ČIANEWS was told by Veronika Loosová of ČMSS’ press department. According to her words, an average target sum totalled CZK 394,000.
