ŠKODA ELECTRIC will deliver dozens of trolleybuses to the Slovak towns of Žilina and Prešov in the upcoming months. The company has won the respective tender procedures for the purchase of new fully low-floor vehicles that will be co-financed from the EU funds. If options are applied, the contracts will include a total of 52 trolleybuses worth more than CZK 700m. Sales director Petr Kasenčák said that all vehicles for Prešov would be delivered during the first half of 2017.
