PointPark Properties (P3) has signed an agreement with Exiteria for the construction of new tailored premises in P3 Prague D11. The area of the new industrial building will be more than 20,000 sq m. The premises are located northeast of the Prague centre and Exiteria will be the first tenant to lease 10,787 sq m. The remaining part of the premises will be built as speculation. When the building is completed, Exiteria will move in in May 2016.
