The Czech Republic’s discount chain Kaufland has announced its plans to significantly increase employees’ salaries. As of June, the average monthly wage of cashiers in Kaufland will reach an average CZK 24,000, which is an increase of about 25% to the current salary, Hospodářské noviny reported on Thursday.
