UniCredit Bank Czech Republic and Slovakia and JSC PhosAgro – Čerepovec have closed a contract together with the Export Guarantee and Insurance Company (EGAP) about the provision of a long-term export buyer loan of EUR 73.4m. EGAP has announced that the loan will be used by PhosAgro – Čerepovec to finance the import of technology for producing granulated urea from the local exporter CHEMOPROJECT NITROGEN. UCB board chairperson Jiří Kunert said that this is the highest loan supported by EGAP, which the bank has provided to a Russian company.
