Chinese group CEFC has purchased 10 % of the shares of Czech airline Travel Service. The strategic partnership and cooperation contract was signed in Shanghai on September 5, 2015. The two companies have commenced due diligence for the purchase of a further 29.92 % of shares. The Travel Service fleet includes 44 airplanes.
