The Energy Regulatory Office of the Czech Republic (ERÚ) said that it was not buck-passing in case of renewable resources operators. The office thus reacted on statements by Czech Minister of Industry and Trade Jan Mládek (ČSSD) that the office was raising nervousness among operators and state administration bodies. According to ERÚ Chairwoman Alena Vitásková, the majority of public subsidisation receivers do not show legal reasons for such a subsidisation. She said that this concerned energy sources without any notification. ERÚ said that it was ready to issue changed pricing decisions after the ministry of industry and trade submits valid notifications for such sources. The market operator OTE would be thus able to start subsidisation payments.
