A new Czech real property fund, NOVA Real Estate, administered by REDSIDE, said it had completed the acquisition of the real property portfolio of Bluehouse Capital. The subject matter of the sale comprised three pieces of commercial property in Jablonec nad Nisou, Hradec Králové and Znojmo. The Ahold Group is the key and long-term lessee in all the three properties. Neither party unveiled the specific purchase price of the portfolio.
