Air carrier Travel Service will take over Czech Airlines (ČSA), buying shares from Korean Air and state-owned Prisko. Travel Service will hold 98 percent of Czech Airlines. The information was reported by news websites Zdopravy.cz and ČT24. Travel Service spokeswoman Vlaďka Dufková declined to comment. Travel Service is expected to issue a statement soon. Travel Service, which owned 34%, has agreed to buy a 44% stake from Korean Air and another 19.7% from Prisko.
