The anonymous new owner of Diag Human — the blood and transfusion equipment supplier suing the Czech state for CZK 8.9 billion — has hired Aram Global, among the world’s largest debt-retrieval firms, to try to extract the compensation, two separate sources close to the government have told Czech Position. Josef Šťáva, a Swiss national of Czech origin, announced on Wednesday that he had sold Diag Human to consortium of international investors.
