Consumer prices in the Czech Republic dropped by 0.2% m/m in July 2015. The inflation’s development was influenced primarily by lower prices in the segment of foodstuffs and alcohol-free beverages and clothing and footwear, compensated by higher prices in the recreation and culture segment. Consumer prices grew 0.5% y/y, i.e. 0.3 p.p. less than in June. The information was provided by the Czech Statistical Office (ČSÚ).
