BusLine did not recruit new employees in 2014, but the company plans to raise its employee base by ca. 5% in 2015. The company’s PR manager Nikola Bradíková has stated in a survey by ČIANEWS that BusLine is developing continually through regional public transport tenders, as well as in the segment of irregular transport (e.g. during railroad outages and charter transports). BusLine predicts that its employee base will grow also in 2016. The company’s buses are currently 6.5 years old, on the average.
