KKCG Real Estate has begun the first stage of its low-energy housing project TOP REZIDENCE POMEZÍ in Prague-Košíře. For its second stage, it organised an international architectural workshop won by Bogle Architects. Baumschlager Eberle Lustenau & Pavel Hnilička Architekti and Majo Architekti will also be participating. In both stages, TOP REZIDENCE POMEZÍ will offer 140 flats and 44 family houses. The first stage will be sold from March 2017. Total investment costs are roughly CZK 1.5bn.
