ENIC director Matthew Collecott says the football club investor will take all possible steps to get a CZK 110 million debt for Slavia repaid, even if it results in the club being relegated from the top flight of Czech football. It is also prepared to launch international arbitration proceedings against the Czech state after being stripped of ownership. “There is no dialogue with the current ownership in the club. They have taken the line that they want to push this into the long grass,” Collecott said.
