This year, the Daramis Group wants to sell roughly 30% more flats than in 2014. At the end of 2014, the company launched two residential projects on the market, Karlín Park and Marina Island. This year, it is planning to start construction the next stage of the Zelené Město II project. In a ČIANEWS survey, this information was provided by Daramis Group sales and marketing manager Martin Vachek who added that the company could launch two more projects in the second half of 2015 – family terraced houses in Horní Počernice and a residential project in Prague 6.
