PEGAS NONWOVENS has floated a subsidiary in South African Republic. The firm PEGAS NONWOVENS RSA was registered as of July 11, 2016, and is owned fully by PEGAS. General director František Řezáč has stated that by floating the company the group fulfilled the condition required for starting the process for buying a piece of land. The process is scheduled to be completed formally within a few months.
