Czech group Accolade has purchased part of the facility of a chemical plant that has for several years not operated in Polish Bydgoszcz and turned in into an industrial park. It offers more than 50,000 m2 for light industry and logistics and all completed space (26,000 m2) has already been leased. Accolade invested roughly CZK 750m into the redevelopment of the facility. Polish Bank Pekao, which is part of group UniCredit, is participating in the investment with a loan totaling almost EUR 21m. The group has also announced an investment into the construction of an industrial park in Lublin and into the revival of the historical Messerschmitt plant in Štětín.
