New World Resources (NWR) extracted 8.6 million tonnes of coal in 2014. The company extracted 2.26 million of tonnes in the fourth quarter of 2014. In terms of the annual extraction, the company extracted 4.76 million tonnes of coking coal sold by an average of EUR 85/tonne and 3.54 million tonnes of energy coal sold for EUR 54/tonne, according to NWR’s updated results for the year 2014.
