Diageo is thought to be bidding more than s620 million for Polish vodka maker Stock Spirits. The Luxembourg company – which has operatitons in the UK, USA, Czech Republic, Croatia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Poland and Italy – is owned by Oaktree Capital Management and has been on the market since November last year.
