Offices sized ca. 40,000 m2 will be built in Prague in 2016. The construction activity is set to multiply in the coming years, the study of planned office property building projects in Prague until 2020, conducted by CBRE, has revealed. Extensive construction may be expected primarily in Prague-Dejvice. Totally 124,300 m2 of new office premises may be expected to be built on Evropská street in Dejvice until 2020.
