The PSJ brand has announced its return to the German market. The company has therefore floated the sister company PSJ Bau, which commenced the building work on the Merkur I apartment house in Dresden in January 2015. The project will offer 62 apartments plus commercial premises on the ground floor, to be used by Postbank. The project will be worth totally EUR 10.5m. PSJ’s board of directors member Ivo Štric has stated that the return to the Western European market and long-term success on teh market are among the priorities and strategic decisions taken by PSJ’s board of directors. The new firm’s goal is to build residential, commercial and industrial projects not only in German-speaking countries, but gradually also in other EU countries.
