Fio Banka has more than 490,000 clients, 90% of which use Internet banking services. The Smartbanking app for smartphones with the Android, iOS and Windows Phone OS is used by 10% of clients, Fio Banka spokesman Zdeněk Kovář said within a ČIANEWS survey, adding that clients must change their passwords once per year.
