Brno-based Siemens Industrial Turbomachinery will supply two steam turbines to the newly built power plants Ramat Gabriel and Alon Tavor in Israel. Turbines from Brno are part of the turnkey contract for Siemens AG. Each of the power stations will have an installed capacity of 70 MW. Each of them will have an industrial 25 MW steam turbine, SST-300, including a generator and anti-noise cover. The power stations are expected to be commissioned halfway through 2018.
